My beautiful client, Ms. W, decided to book her second session last year and bring her beau along. As you will read in her responses below, at the beginning, her boyfriend was quite hesitant about the whole experience, which is completely normal; however, once they arrived to my studio, we were full steam ahead with an incredible couples session!

How do you think your session went?
I was very impressed with the way our session went. As always, Alisha makes you feel so comfortable!
What was the best part of the experience for you?
The best part of the experience was the closeness that we both felt after our session. M wasn’t really sure he even wanted to do this. But being the wonderful partner he is, he said he would come along and see if he was comfortable enough. He was really impressed with Alisha and loved how she made the shoot fun.
Now that you’ve completed your session and seen your images, is there something that you would have liked to tell your pre-session self to do, not do, or not to worry about?
I think the only thing would be M not worrying about doing a shoot like this. Thanks Alisha for making him feel so comfortable. This shoot really made us feel so much closer and we had so much fun!!
Would you change anything about the experience? If yes, what specifically? Is there anything we can improve?
There’s nothing I would change about the experience. We really enjoyed our time with Alisha and hopefully we’ll do it again.
How would you rate your current intimacy and closeness as a couple on a scale from 1-10?
10 (pre: 9)
“This was my second shoot with Alisha and again she did not disappoint. I booked a couples session this time around and was super excited about it. My boyfriend was very hesitant about it and said he wasn’t comfortable doing a shoot in his underwear. Well on the day of the shoot we were driving to Wilmington and he was still on the fence but agreed to do a few photos with me. From the moment we walked into Alisha’s studio she made him feel at home, he sat and chatted with us while I was getting my hair and makeup done. At this point I could tell he was a little more at ease. We went into the studio and I tried on a few outfits and then Alisha started shooting me while he watched. When it was his turn to join in the shoot I could tell how relaxed he had become. We had the best time together and although I was supposed to be serious I couldn’t stop laughing. This shoot was so good for our relationship. Although we are very close this session brought us closer together something I’m not sure I can really explain. So if you and your partner are thinking of doing this with Alisha but are still on the fence, I encourage you to do it. You will not regret it!! Our pictures were amazing and it wasn’t easy to narrow them down to 40 but we did!! Thank you again Alisha for everything!”
