How do you think your session went?
Extremely well, amazing does not even begin to describe it.
What was the best part of the experience for you?
Working with you. I felt completely comfortable with your coaching, you made the session feel fun which help me relax and really step out of my comfort zone. Your energy is contagious and I felt like I was just spending an afternoon with a friend, not doing a photo shoot.
Now that you’ve completed your session and seen your images, is there something that you would have liked to tell your pre-session self to do, not do, or not to worry about?
That you are beautiful and sexy; you are not defined by the size of your thighs, bra measurements or jean size.
Would you change anything about the experience? If yes, what specifically? Is there anything we can improve?
No, the entire experience made me feel like a million bucks.
How do your photos make you feel empowered? Do they make you feel seen? Describe how you might see something in yourself you haven’t seen in awhile (if you feel that way).
The photos make me sexy and strong; I see myself healthy, happy and confident in myself for the first time in a long time. I always say when someone compliments me on my appearance that I don’t see it that I don’t see myself as being beautiful or sexy. Today I saw a woman who looks damn good for 50 and needs to carry herself as such.
“When writing a bucket list of things I wanted to do for my 50th birthday, a boudoir shoot was at the top of my list. Celebrating my body and showing it some love felt like a good way to start my next chapter. After a failed attempt at a boudoir shoot with another photographer, I decided to give another shot with Alisha and I’m glad I did. I’ve followed her on social media for a few years and drawn to her energy and enthusiasm for what she does. From the pre shoot consultation, to the emails leading up to your big day she provides you with suggestions and advice on how to make your shoot the best it can be.
