One of the most important aspects of a boudoir photo shoot is the “model release form.” At least, that’s what I call mine. Unfortunately, if you choose to give “full release” of your images via this form, I can’t promise that you will become an insta-model for Victoria’s Secret. 😉 What it does tell me is how private you want your purchased images to stay.
There are SO many different things you can wear for your boudoir shoot – it doesn’t have to be racy lingerie, either. Here’s a round up of some categories I like to suggest, as well as some pieces that I have in my Client Wardrobe!
Sure, the prints, album, or wall art makes an amazing gift for a partner or someone you love. You see, boudoir sessions are not about getting “sexy pictures” taken so that you can prove to everyone else how beautiful you are.
When you come to see me at my studio for your consultation/personal styling session, you will find that I do NOT allow any negative body talk. You’d better compliment yourself in that mirror! 👑
Making the decision to invest in yourself via boudoir portraits is a good one (*wink wink*), but you also want to be sure that you’re getting your images preserved in a way that will benefit you infinitely.
